From our offices in Calne, Wiltshire we offer a wide range of I.T. services including off-site and on-site support, consultancy and complete solution provision covering the supply, configuration, installation and maintenance of computer systems including laptops, desktops and servers. We also provide a range of other I.T. services such as touchscreens, ADSL installations, broadband solutions, network installations, virus removal and business support contracts.

Rascom I.T. operate a fair-pricing policy to all of our customers. We don't have seasonal sales or special offers - you will find our prices low and competitive at all times of the year. The bulk of our business comes from reputation and word-of-mouth. Since the business formed in 2003, we have built up a reputation for providing an honest and fair service to our customers. A common example is this: if, when fixing a computer, the cost of parts and labour is going to be similar to the cost of a comparable new machine, we will tell our customer this. Whilst we could make more money from fixing the machine, if it more cost effective for the customer to replace the machine with a new one then we believe they have a right to be told this. The PC industry has a highly publicised bad reputation for conning customers - we break this theory by giving upfront, honest and impartial advice to all ouf our customers.

We have a policy of not holding stock of items (with the exception of consumables we regularly require ourselves such as ADSL hardware, standard cables (network leads, USB cables etc.), preferring instead to buy on an 'as-needed' basis thus allowing us to search our suppliers for the best pricing available for our customers requirements enabling us to pass those savings on.
