Our offices are open from Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am to 1pm excluding public and bank holidays).  A voicemail service is available at busy periods and out-of-hours.

Customer visits are by prior appointment only.

Whilst we hold stock of some consumable items and commonly used repair parts, we do not keep stock of hardware items such as computers (desktop or laptop), printers, monitors etc. although we are able to source many items on a next-day delivery service.

Rascom I.T. has no other office locations in the UK and are not associated with any other businesses with similar names in the UK or Europe.  If any suppliers are concerned about any orders they have received purporting to be from us please feel free to call us on the number(s) above as we'd rather you checked its validity before losing potential goods and/or services.  Oh, and no-one called 'Raja' works here (or has ever worked here) even though he seems to be claiming that he has/does!

Contrary to information on the 192.com website, we are a computer company offering IT sales and support.  We are not a companion and escort agency.  Really, you couldn't make this up!!!  We've asked them to remove it, they say it's nothing to do with them but a fault of the information they're provided with by their own data suppliers.
