We run three scanners on your system to remove all traces of infection.

We do have to stress though that not all infections can be removed so in extreme cases we may recommend our PC Rebuild service (see below).

We have a small number of tools and utilities that we run on the computer system to recover some of that lost speed.  We will also check your system for updates to a wide range of software applications and install these as required to ensure your system is running optimally.

When the computer just seems to have lost all speed, is clogged up with junk files or is so severely infected with viruses or spyware, our PC Rebuild service is the ideal solution.

The process involves wiping your hard disk of your computer, re-installing the Microsoft Windows operating system (version as supplied by the customer), putting on all necessary updates, installing a selection of useful tools and utilities.  Depending on the customer's requirements, we will also install up to 5 further applications (eg. Office suite, photo editing software etc.).

If customers have existing data on their machines that they do not wish to lose - documents, emails, favourites, address books etc., we can tie the PC Rebuild service in with our Data Transfer service (see below).

For times when you need your data files copying from one location to another - hard disk to hard disk, hard disk to CD/DVD, hard disk to USB memory stick etc. then our Data Transfer service is just what you need.

Please note that, in the majority of instances, only data files (documents, emails, favourites, address books etc.) can be transferred.  Software applications cannot be transferred as they store data and configurations in a range of locations that cannot be easily identified or accessed individually.

For local customers buying a new computer, we can ease the pain of getting a new computer but tackling all of the initial setup options, checking the system for updates, installing a number of useful tools and utilities to keep your system running optimally and also installing the equipment at your location - including installing printers or any other hardware and also transferring data from your old computer.

When you've reached the point that you need more than one computer in the house, or you need to connect a number of machines together to access the Internet or individual resources, our Home Networking service is just what you need.

Costs cover the installation of the router, configuring wireless networking access and ensuring the system provides a reasonable level of security and configuring file sharing where required.

Parts are NOT included in this price but we offer a 5% discount on networking hardware when purchased at the same time as our Networking Installs service.
