We offer
a comprehensive repair, upgrade and support service to all
customers either from our own offices or onsite at your
own premises.
Whatever
your computer problems, we are confident that we can fix
them - whether they be hardware or software related.
We operate
a no-fix, no-fee policy combined with a free diagnostics
service so you know that the costs will be before you agree
to any work we undertake on your system.
Our aim
is to offer a 7-day turnaround although we commonly have
most problems fixed within a couple of days depending on
the nature of the problem and the processes/equipment involved
to fix them.
Hourly Rates
Our hourly rates apply to all customers - home and
business. A minimum charge of 30 minutes applies
on all chargeable work although we offer a free
diagnostics service for equipment bought into our
offices.
£35.25 inc VAT per hour for work
carried out at our offices (telephone / remote)
£47.00 inc VAT per hour for work carried out on
customer premises.
Travel
charges will also apply for all onsite requirements at
locations further than 15 miles from our offices.
Travel will be charged at 40p per mile (both ways) in
accordance with the quickest route as determined by
Microsoft AutoRoute 2010.
Business Support
Contracts
For businesses
with minimal support requirements where a full-time I.T.
support presence is not feasible, we offer support contracts
at surprisingly low rates.
We provide
a priority response service with guaranteed response times
for diagnostic and onsite assistance, a generous 5% discount
on all hardware and software purchased through us for as
long as your contract is in place plus monthly reports
if required showing what support we have provided.
We offer
telephone, remote and onsite support as standard on our
support contracts, with no additional premiums for callouts
in the local area. We can also offer extended
support to business with users of Windows-based mobile
phones for an additional fee so that we can remotely
support their telecommunications equipment also.
Support
contracts represent an excellent way of getting a professional
and reliable IT support service without the need for specialist
staffing requirements. You can pay in advance or split the
costs through the period of the contract.
Our contracts
are charged at a fixed rate of £1150 ex VAT per
year and normally run from January to December - pro-rata'd
accordingly for start-ups partway through the contract period.

addition of new clients for our annual support services,
we only have a small number of opportunities remaining to businesses in our local area (Calne, Chippenham,
Devizes, Swindon etc.) so would recommend that anyone
