SSD drives use memory-card like technology to to bring faster disk access times to your computer system.  Typically you can expect between 25% and 50% faster disk responses (and thus boot-up times and file access) from an SSD disk than you would get from a standard hard disk drive. If you are considering an SSD drive, we would recommend installing the operating system and programs onto the SSD drive and either use a second SSD drive for data or opt for a standard hard disk drive but the downside of this is that accessing your personal data files will be marginally slower - but all your programs will run a lot faster.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

* MicroATX Desktop systems are supplied with a three year return-to-base parts and labour hardware warranty.  Year One provied complete parts and labour support, Years Two and Three are based on a Labour Only warranty.

In the event that a warranted fault is experienced with these goods, the buyer should contact Rascom I.T. in the first instance and provide details of the fault/symptoms. This will be assessed by an advisor or engineer and, if necessary, a return of the goods shall be arranged (cost of return shall be the responsibility of the buyer).

Any goods returned within one month of the purchase date, and confirmed as faulty by the manufacturer, shall be replaced or refunded.  Refunds will not be offered on systems returned after thirty days nor on systems where a problem has been identified within 30 days from purchase but the customer has declined to return them to us for refund or repair.
