Remote Support

For over five years, I have offered a remote support service which allows me to connect remotely onto a customer's computer system from my own office and see/operate their system as if I was sat in front of it.

This is extremely useful not only in enabling me to resolve problems quicker but also means that I can see what customers are doing when they are having problems, and they can also see what I do to fix the problem.  I can also offer training and assistance to enable them to operate their computer systems better.

Providing you are able to connect to the Internet, I can offer remote support for both Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh iOS customers (sorry, I am unable to provide remote support for Android and iPad/iPod systems).

 

If you require remote support, please click on one of the links below.  Once the remote support application has downloaded, simply run it and fill in the details on-screen for a remote connection request to be generated.  Please ensure you leave contact details so that I can reach you.

It has come to my attention that some Internet Service Providers block or restrict access to the remote support application.  In such cases, it may be possible to use an alternative remote support tool such as Microsoft Quick Assist or Windows Remote Assistance.  Alternative options will be investigated as/when required.
