Rascom I.T. is an authorised reseller for Lenovo computer systems. In my experience, Lenovo products meet or exceed my own expectations of hardware to recommend to my customers - high-quality components, excellent build quality, proven reliability and manufacturer back-up in the event of pre- and post-sales support.
I can supply standard off-the-shelf products or for those looking for something more specific to their needs I can upgrade a standard solution with a wide range of extras such as additional memory, larger or additional hard disk drives, wireless networking adapters and dedicated video cards for multimedia, gaming and CAD/CAM requirements.
Unlike systems supplied from High Street retailers, all desktop and laptops systems supplied by Rascom I.T. are setup prior to delivery/installation. All of the latest Microsoft and Lenovo software updates are installed to ensure that your system is ready to use as soon as you receive it and I also optimise the performance of the system to ensure the best user experience and remove any bloatware or other unnecessary software.
An onsite installation service for customers in the Hampshire, Wiltshire and surrounding regions is also available, which includes the transfer of documents and other data from your old computer onto the new system, setting up Internet connections, installing printers and a basic system tutorial. I charge a fixed fee of £50 including VAT (excluding travel) for this service which covers up to 90 minutes of onsite time.

Systems ordered by 12.00pm Monday to Friday can normally be supplied within 3-5 working days (within UK mainland) subject to availability.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
All desktop systems are supplied with a one year return-to-manufacturer parts and labour hardware warranty, upgradeable to a three year onsite hardware warranty upon application. In the event that a warranted fault is experienced with these goods, customers should contact Rascom I.T. in the first instance and provide details of the fault/symptoms. Initial diagnostics and fault resolution will be attempted where possible. If I am unable to offer a solution, I will liaise with the manufacturer for the fault to be resolved. Any goods returned within 30 days of the purchase date, and confirmed as faulty by the manufacturer, shall be replaced or refunded. Refunds will not be offered on systems returned after thirty days nor on systems where a problem has been identified within 30 days from purchase but the customer has declined to return them to us for refund or repair.
Operating system faults/incompatibilities and/or other software products are excluded from all warranties.
