Remote Support
I offer a remote support service which allows me to securely connect remotely onto a customer's computer system from my own office and see/operate their system as if I was sat in front of it.
This is extremely useful not only in enabling me to resolve problems quicker but also means that I can see what customers are doing when they are having problems, and they can also see what I do to fix the problem. I can also offer training and assistance to enable them to operate their computer systems better.
Providing you are able to connect to the Internet, I can offer remote support for both Microsoft Windows, Apple and Android customers.

Once the remote support application has downloaded, simply run it and fill in the details on-screen for a remote connection request to be generated. Please call me when you require remote support assistance as I am not always in the office to be able to assist customers remotely.

It has come to my attention that some Internet Service Providers block or restrict access to the remote support application. In such cases, it may be possible to use an alternative remote support tool such as Microsoft Quick Assist or Windows Remote Assistance. Alternative options will be investigated as/when required.
