I can visit your home or business premises to diagnose, test and repair all broadband and internet issues or problems.  I can also liaise with your internet service provider if necessary to ensure that you get a fast resolution to any problems you are having and discuss these with them at a technical level.

If you are experiencing any problems with your internet connection such as frequent disconnections, slow speeds etc., this could be due to a fault on your line, or with your Internet hardware.  I can look at all of these for you, diagnose the problmem and (where possible) fix it for you.  BT typically charge around £170 if they prove that any Internet fault is on your property, due to misconfiguration of the router or a fault on your internal wiring.  I can often find and fix these issues within an hour (charged at £50 inc VAT).
