Support for home users

I provide I.T. support to home users as well as business customers to help identify and resolve any I.T.-related issues they may be having with their computer equipment.

Although my primary experience is in Windows-based systems, I also have support experience on Apple Mac products as well as tablets and Smartphones (Android and Apple).

I am happy to come out to customer's own homes to investigate problems, or for more complex issues, will look at the problem with the equipment back in my office.  I also offer a remote support service whereby I can connect onto your computer system to investigate and, hopefully, fix the problem for you quickly.
