
Service Availability

My normal working hours are 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. I do not work Saturday or Sunday.
Due to the nature of my work, I am not always based in the office so therefore always recommend that customers and vicitors ring the office on 01243 374585 before coming in so as to avoid as wasted journey.
Please note that I do not publish or give out my mobile number as I have a policy that if I am working with customers, I will not answer telephone calls nor respond to emails or messages as I believe they are paying for my time to be assisting them and not others.
Forthcoming scheduled availability and closures
The schedule below shows specific dates when I will be unavailable - this will be either because I am already booked out with other customers, in meetings, or have time booked off.
'FULLY BOOKED' - I already have one or more scheduled jobs and am unable to take on additional works that day.
'WORKING AWAY' - I am working out of the area on that day and may not be contactable.
'CLOSED' - The office is closed and I am not working. Emails, telephone calls etc. will not be responded to until my return.
'OFFICE CLOSED' - The office is closed but I am available for email, telephone and/or remote support.
