Service Availability

My normal working hours are 9.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays. I do not work Saturday or Sunday.
From my offices on the Emsworth/Westbourne border, I have a dedicated workshop area along with a well-stocked showroom area with desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals and other goods always available in addition to a wide range of spares and accessories to be able to repair or upgrade faulty equipment as quickly as possible.
Due to the nature of my work, I am not always based in the office so therefore recommend all visitors and customers please call 01243 374585 before coming in as I would not want you to have a wasted journey.
I do not publish or give out my mobile number as I have a policy that if I am dealing with a customer, or working at their premises, I will not answer telephone calls or respond to email requests/enquiries as I believe they are paying for my time to be assisting them and not others.
Forthcoming scheduled availability and closures
All dates of availability below are subject to change due to the current worldwide situation.
'CLOSED' - The office is closed and I am not working. Emails, telephone calls etc. may not be responded to until my return.
'OFFICE CLOSED' - The office is closed but I am available for email and/or remote support as indicated.
