Service Availability

As we are under Nationwide lockdown, I am only able to offer reduced services and will not be working from the office at all times.  Please see my Covid-19 page for full details of my availability and the services I am able to offer during this time.

My working hours are 10.00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, I do not work Saturday or Sunday.

 

I cannot always guarantee that my office will be open for visitors as I may be out on support calls, installations, attending customer meetings etc. so I recommend that all customers please ring the office on 01243 374585 before visiting as I would not want you to have a wasted journey.

I have a policy that if I am dealing with a customer, or working at their premises, I will not answer telephone calls or respond to email requests/enquiries as I believe they are paying for my time to be assisting them and not others.

Forthcoming scheduled availability and closures

All dates of availability below are subject to change due to the current worldwide situation.

'Office closed' - The office will be closed but I am available for email and/or remote support as indicated.

'Closed' - The office is closed and I am not working.  Emails, telephone calls etc. may not be responsed to until my return.

January 2021

Monday 4th January  -  closed

Tuesday 5th January  -  closed

From Wednesday 6th January, and until further notice, the office is closed to all visitors.  Telephone, email and remote support available only unless exceptional circumstances require onsite attendance.  Deliveries and collections by appointment only

March 2021

Thursday 11th March  -  office closed, email and remote support only

Friday 12th March  -  office closed, email and remote support only

April 2021

The office will be closed from Friday April 2nd (Good Friday) and will re-open on Monday 12th April.  I will not be working during this time, any messages left during this time will not be responded to until the office re-opens on 12st April.

May 2021

Monday 3rd May  -  CLOSED (May Bank Holiday)

Monday 31st May  -  CLOSED (Whitsun Bank Holiday)

August 2021

The office will be closed from Monday August 9th and will re-open on Monday 23rd August.  I will not be working during this time, any messages left during this time will not be responded to until the office re-opens on 23rd August.
