COVID-19 Availability

Effective 15th June 2020, I will be resuming normal services from my office as well as onsite work subject to social distancing guidelines and recommendations.

Telephone, email and remote support services are all being provided as normal and visitors are able to collect/deliver goods.  I will expect that all customers maintain the 2m social distancing rules when collecting or delivering equipment.  A hand sanitiser dispenser is available for myself and customers to use on entry to the office, I will soon be taking delivery of a UV-C disinfecting lamp and tray for customers to place equiment into for medical-level cleaning against Covid-19 and other bacteria and viruses.  Disposable facemasks are also available for those customers who would prefer me/them to use these during visits.

With regards to onsite work, I will be using hand sanitiser before entering the customers premises and will wear a face covering if requested.  I will be maintaining the recommended 2m distancing wherever possible and request that customers respect this also.  I will also be bringing along my own keyboard and mouse to use when working with customers computer systems in their homes or businesses which will be cleaned with anti-bacterial wipes before and after usage.

General Availability

I cannot always guarantee that my office will be open during the week as I may be out on support calls, installations, attending customer meetings etc. but I definitely know that the office will be closed during the times listed below. 

My working hours are 10.00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday, I do not work Saturday or Sunday.  I also have a policy that if I am dealing with a customer, or working at their premises, I will not answer telephone calls or respond to email requests/enquiries as I believe they are paying for my time to be assisting them and not others.

Please call me on 01243 374585 before visiting the office as I would hate for you to turn up and me not be there.

 

Definitions:
'Office closed' - My office will be closed but I am available for email and/or remote support only as indicated.

'Closed' - The office is closed and I am not working.  Emails, telephone calls etc. will not be responsed to until I am next available.
